Downtown Palm Beach Gardens is a shopping, dining & entertainment destination in South Florida. With a new renovation near completion, we were tasked with creating leasing collateral aimed to attract luxury & high-end lifestyle tenants to complement and elevate their current roster of Sur La Table, Whole Foods, West Elm & more.

We developed a complete suite of packaging, including two custom boxes, leasing brochure, art cards, custom tape, area map tea towel, lifestyle polaroid collection, rendering posters, luggage tags…am I really still listing things? Yes. Yes I am.
